As a Data Controller, BEKESTEX TRADE KFT is engaged in real estate investment and development, interior design and construction, consulting, real estate brokerage, and related business activities.

The purposes of personal data processing are as follows:

  • identifying the interested party,

  • establishing and maintaining contact,

  • assessing client needs,

  • facilitating communication between clients,

  • supporting the conclusion and performance of real estate transactions,

  • assisting in obtaining financing,

  • exercising rights and fulfilling obligations,

  • enforcing claims,

  • complaint handling and consumer protection administration.

Data processing also serves to fulfill legal obligations, in particular those set forth in Act LIII of 2017 on the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.

3. Categories of Data Subjects

The data subject is any natural person who contacts the Company through the Data Controller’s website.

The Data Controller processes the following data:

  • telephone number (optional)

  • IP address

  • timestamp

  • any data contained in the message text

5. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR – the data subject’s voluntary consent.

A message can only be sent if the data subject checks the box confirming that they have read and accepted this Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

6. Data Retention Period

The Data Controller retains personal data for 1 year after the message is sent.
If a contractual relationship is established following the message, data retention is governed by the rules applicable to the relevant contract.

BEKESTEX TRADE KFT does not use external data processors in connection with messages received through its website.

10. Remedies and Legal Enforcement

If a data subject believes that a breach of data protection law has occurred, they may file a complaint with the
Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):

The lawsuit may, at the data subject’s choice, be initiated before the competent regional court of their place of residence or stay.
